1.q. What is TimeinEurope?
a) TimeinEurope is the new European tourism database which helps everyone working in that sector, to be acquainted with the events and promotions and to have, through a qualified search engine, a resource specialized in tourism and holidays.
2.q. How to find all the information?
a) In the main page there are different kinds of tourism information.
1) Search Engines: it is possible to select a country, the type of tourist activity and, as an option, it is possible to include specified keys, e.g. local area or province. When all the Data is included, the search engine gives a list of operators according to the search keys. Then it will be possible to visit every operator’s form and their related availability.
2) Events: Clicking on Events from Menu it is possible to use the search engine, organized according to Country and type of events and with the possibility to insert specified keys, in order to simplify the research.
3) Tourist Promotions: Clicking on Tourist Promotions from the Menu, it is possible to search the promotions included by the operators and to be always acquainted with every new opportunity on the tourist market.
3.q. Why TimeinEurope is offered in English language?
a) This choice, in the first stage, is in line with the European Community criteria, which aims to offer to everyone the opportunity to share the common information; is therefore essential for an international service, to use a language which is the most widespread among all the European Countries.
4.q. Is it possible to have support for the use of the service?
a) Yes! TimeinEurope provides operators always ready to answer your e-mail questions; to request this support it is necessary to e-mail support@timeineurope.com, the request will be answered as soon as possible.

1.q. How can I introduce my Company into TimeinEurope?
a) Whenever you want it is possible to introduce an operator into the european tourism database TimeinEurope, by a click on add url on the right side at the top of the main page. TimeinEurope accepts private operators and local entities. It is necessary to fill in the application form with all the personal data, in english language, read the Conditions of the Contract and send the data to the TimeinEurope server and then an e-mail will be sent, containing all the data for the access to the private area, where it is possible to insert all the information, events and promotions included in the service.
2.q. Why TimeinEurope is offered in English language?
a) This choice, in the first stage, is in line with the European Community criteria, which aim to offer to everyone the opportunity to share the common information; is therefore essential for an international service, to use a language which is the most widespread among all the European Countries. Later, it will be added at the operators disposal, as an option very cheaply, the opportunity to insert in its own language (Italian, French, German, Spanish) the company's description and the main activities translated into English and shown in the search engine and database by the TimeinEurope technical support.
3.q. What does TimeinEurope offer to a tourist operator?
a) TimeinEurope is the european tourism database, which gives to every user, through the search engine, the opportunity to find operators as well as events, promotions, activities and services, according to the search keys indicated by the same users. The operators obtain through this service:
1) To be present and available on the european tourism database TimeinEurope.
2) To be present and available on the respective search engine.
3) To advertize their own promotions, which can be included without limit of quantity through their testboard and viewable in the search engine of TimeinEurope.
4) To insert events and public shows, which can attract visitors in their area and viewable directly in the search engine of TimeinEurope.
5) To expand their own visibility through additional services, which TimeinEurope offers to the operators according to the best market terms.
4.q. . Is it possible to have support for the use of the service?
a) For every problem and type of access for the use of the service, TimeinEurope provides operators always ready to answer your e-mail; to request this support it is necessary to e-mail to support@timeineurope.com, the requests will be answered as soon as possible. It is also possible, by a click on Contact in the main page of TimeinEurope, to check the e-mail addresses according to the type of support required.

a) TimeinEurope is the new european tourism database which helps to meet everyone working in that sector, to be acquainted with the events and promotions and to have, through qualified search engines, a resource specializing in tourism and holidays.
2.q. Is it possible to work with TimeinEurope?
a) Yes! TimeinEurope has contributors and partners in every Country of the European Community; there are two levels of cooperation: occasional and partner, who operate continually in order to promote TimeinEurope in their own country.
There is a section called "work with us", which is helpful to receive detailed information, where is also possible to consult the rules of procedure for the application request.

3.q. Is it possible to receive support for the expected activity?
a) Definitely yes! After the application request there will be a representative of the company at your disposal, for any information about the operating method and for any assistance during the activities. There are also a reserved area and an e-mail address to help you in fullfilling your duties.
