Use of the software is governed by the terms of the contract agreement, at disposal of each customer .

This licence agreement will authorize the customer to use the tourism services .

Booking conditions

On TimeinEurope service the customer can directly book an offer inserted and delivered

from a touristic operator present in the database.

The reservations are done directly to the operators, TimeinEurope execute only the electronic order of the dedicated information.

Each booking order is valid only if confirmed, and if the related payment to the operator by the international Paypal service is executed,

as the dedicated procedure. In case of cancellation of the booking order (by e-mail o fax, with confirm of reception by the touristic operator)

before 10 days from the start of booking date, the customer will pay the 35% as charge for the service.

Regarding the offer a promotional price, over this date the charge for the service will be the total amount of booking.
